• There is no viewing or visiting option,  but we offer a lot of photos and a good roomplan in order for you to make your choice.
• The contract can be terminated in the interim with a notice period of 1 month.
• For booking the house, first come, first served. Your registration time at Woningnet does not play a role in this. As soon as this ad ends, all candidates will receive an email to access the booking system.
• You're paying a 1-month deposit.
• Your registration time at Studentenwoningweb continues.
• The property is eligible for a rental allowance as per 18 years and older.
• There is a fast wired internet connection in the property (included in the rental), in the property is an additional WiFi network.
• This building is home to so-called Residence Assistants (Ra's), these are students who take care of part of the building management.
• Home detention is not allowed in these homes.
