Please note, these so-called The Key Short Stay & Furnished student housing have some specifics:

• They are furnished and upholstered homes that you can move into. 
• This is an independent home with its own bathroom and a shared kitchen.
• There is a fast wired internet connection in the property (included with the rental), in the property is an additional WiFi network. (see our app The Key Short Stay for more information)
• The houses are temporarily available until July 2 2021 or August 13 2021, unfortunately prolonging is not possible.
• For the houses there is a notice period of 1 month.
• There is no viewing possible. (lots of photos and a good map)
• During your stay in this house you will continue to build up a waiting period for your Student Housing Web registration.
• Most of the rooms at Rode Kruislaan are eligible for a housing allowance
• You're paying a 1-month deposit.
• In this building are Student Caretakers, these are resident students who take care of part of the building management.
• There is an active resident association called the RXL. (http://derxl.nl/news/)
