Delftplein is a complex in Haarlem Noord that consists of 160 homes. It is a temporary building that will remain standing for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 years. It is a studio on the 3rd floor. 

What is special is that  status holders and regular home seekers live here interchangeably in order to promote contact between both groups. The  residents of Delftplein can use the communal garden that can be found around the building. Concerns an independent house on the ground floor. House with private bathroom, kitchen unit and washing machine connection. The rent includes an advance for water, gas and electricity. 

The first 20 candidates will receive an invitation for a viewing on Monday 3 October at 11:15 am. 

This studio is offered with a youth contract for a duration of five years. When you are between 18 and 28 years old, you can respond to this studio. After five years, the lease ends. During the duration of the youth contract, you retain the registration period with the housing service in order to have a better chance of obtaining social housing after the expiry of 5 years.

In connection with the quality of life in and around the complex, an extensive intake is part of the rental process. During this intake, it can be decided in consultation to not let the candidate in question go ahead.
