The Schermerij consists of a building where the residential care centre is housed and the building that is located behind the residence. The residential Care centre consists of 80 self-catering three-room residences and the residence consists of 15 independent three-bedroom residences.

In the Schermerij you can make use of various amenities such as meal service, activities and a hairdresser. If you want to meet other people you can visit the Atrium/coffee room for a cup of coffee or tea every day. This is open to both residents and people from outside the Schermerij. In The central hall there is a grocery shop for daily groceries. De Schermerij is a great base for your outdoor activities. A large shopping centre with various shops and a pharmacy can be found 100 metres away. De Schermerij is located near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. A nice quiet area which is diverse where you can enjoy a walk and bike ride.

All forms of care near
Living in the Schermerij also means that all care is available. You may not need caregivers at this time. But they are nearby at the moment you do need it. Strichting Quarijn regulates care.
