WAT WILLEN WIJ GRAAG VAN U WETEN:
- Het adres waarvoor u in aanmerking wenst te komen en wil bezichtigen
- Uw gezinssamenstelling ( met hoeveel personen gaat u huren?);
- Uw leeftijd en van de eventuele medehuurders;
- Uw maandelijkse inkomen ( Bruto of Netto ) en van de eventuele medehuurders;
- Heeft u een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde / onbepaalde tijd, studiefinanciering, uitkering, borgsteller, jaarcijfers als zelfstandige of anders;
- Mocht u een afwijkende inkomens situatie hebben dan graag korte uitleg;
- Voor welk bedrijf werkt u;
- Heeft u huisdieren en zo ja welk soort huisdier(en).

Indien u geen volledige introductie stuurt, heeft u de mogelijkheid niet te worden uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging. De introductie is noodzaak om te kunnen inschatten of u in aanmerking komt voor de gewenste woning.
Nadat u interesse heeft getoond, kunt u een bevestigingsmail ontvangen ofwel een telefonische uitnodiging. Deze mail of telefonische uitnodiging zegt overigens niets over de volgorde van toewijzing m.b.t. de desbetreffende woning.
Wij van Wolters Housing doen ons best om iedereen zo goed mogelijk te helpen en/of te beantwoorden. Mocht u niet uitgenodigd worden voor een appartement waar u interesse heeft dan kan het zijn dat u niet voldoet aan de gestelde eisen ofwel dat er reeds teveel gegadigden aanwezig zijn.
Wolters Housing BV gaat netjes met uw gegevens om conform privacy wetgeving. U gegevens worden slechts en alleen besproken met de eigenaar van het appartement en niet gedeeld met derden. Als u niet in aanmerking komt voor een appartement dan worden uw gegevens vernietigd. Uw gegevens worden overigens pas met de eigenaar van de woning doorgenomen op het moment dat u aangeeft de bezichtigde woning te willen huren.
