In the Franse Gat district, close to the attractive and green center of Veenendaal, is the residential care center Over het Spoor. In the immediate vicinity of the residential care center, in addition to many shops, there are also various health facilities and public transport. In the Over het Spoor residential care centre you have the security and privacy of your own home with the possibility to seek the company of like-minded people. In the spacious recreation room, various activities are organized by the activities committee. The complex also has a hairdressing salon and physiotherapist.

Property description

The Over het Spoor residential complex consists of 94 two-room apartments and 11 three-room apartments. The apartments are wheelchair accessible and especially for 55+. All houses have an open kitchen with spacious living room, a bedroom, spacious bathroom and an indoor storage room. If you rent a house on the ground floor, you have a terrace, the houses on the floors have a balcony. The three-room apartments have 1 extra bedroom.

Stichting Quarijn offers various services to support you as a senior in housing, welfare and care. QuaRijn has the Full Home Package (VPT) in Over het Spoor. A VPT means that you live independently and that you still receive complete care home. This allows you to live longer in your own familiar environment. The Full Home Package includes: daily personal care, nursing, guidance in the day structure and in well-being activities and alarms.
