In the French Gat district, close to the attractive and green center of Veenendaal, is the residential care center Over het Spoor. In the immediate vicinity of the residential care center, in addition to many shops, there are also various health facilities and public transport. Housing description

The residential complex Over het Spoor consists of 94 two-room apartments and 11 three-room apartments. The apartments are wheelchair accessible and especially for 55. All houses have an open kitchen with spacious living room, a bedroom, spacious bathroom and an indoor storage room. If you rent a house on the ground floor, you have a terrace, the houses on the floors have a balcony. The three-room apartments have 1 additional bedroom.

Stichting Quarijn offers various services to support you as a senior in housing, welfare and care.  In your own home with, for example, alarms or home care. QuaRijn has the Complete Package At Home (VPT) in Over het Spoor. A VPT means that you live independently and that you still receive the complete care home care.
