In the immediate vicinity of the residential care center, in addition to many shops, there are also various health facilities and public transport. In the residential care center Over het Spoor you have the security and privacy of your own home with the possibility to seek the company of like-minded people. Various activities are organized by the activities committee in the spacious recreation room. The complex also has a hair salon and physiotherapist.

Property description

The residential complex Over het Spoor consists of 94 two-room apartments and 11 three-room apartments. The apartments are wheelchair accessible and especially for 55+. All houses have an open kitchen with spacious living room, a bedroom, spacious bathroom and an indoor storage room. If you rent a house on the ground floor, you have a terrace, the houses on the floors have a balcony. The three-room apartments have 1 extra bedroom.

Stichting Quarijn offers various services to support you as a senior with housing, welfare and care. In your own home with, for example, alarms or home care.  You are welcome to join the residential care centre for dinner or to participate in an activity. QuaRijn has the Full Home Package (VPT) in Over het Spoor. A VPT means that you live independently and that you still receive complete care home care.
