On the outskirts of Zandvoort there is residential centre Huis in de Duinen. The residential centre is located on the Herman Heijermansweg in a beautiful, quiet area in the middle of the dunes, yet not far away from the cosy coastal town of Zandvoort. A bus stop is within walking distance of the residential centre. Zandvoort offers many possibilities, a wide and clean beach, beautiful dunes, but also a cosy centre with nice terraces. Zandvoort also has a train station.

The residential centre consists of 93 apartments spread over three buildings. A building with a floor and the other two buildings with two floors.  In the adjacent residential care centre Huis in de Duinen, part of Amie Ouderenzorg, you can use the restaurant. You can also participate in the activities organised from the residential care centre. Amie Ouderenzorg offers various care and welfare services including home care and alarm.
