The complex next to nursing home 't Huis aan de Poel consists of owner-occupied and rental properties and is located on the Keizer Karelweg in Amstelveen. The residential complex consists of 58 rental properties consisting of 55 two- and 3 three-room apartments.

Housing and care services
Right next to the Grote Poel is the complex 't Huis aan de Poel located. The complex consists of the  nursing home 't Huis aan de Poel that is located on the side of the Populierenlaan and the independent apartments on the side of the Keizer Karelweg. In the residential complex you can purchase a variety of services through the nursing home for a fee. For example, you can use meal delivery, the hair salon, pedicure at home and the shop. You can also take part in activities or enjoy a hot evening meal in the games room. Based on indication, extramural care packages (by means of a personal contribution scheme) can be delivered. This also applies to an individual alarm device with transfer to the nursing home. In the house there is also a separate hobby room. The entire building is accessible to the rollator and mobility scooter. The houses are suitable for rollators and small mobility scooters. A resident consultant works in the residential complex.
