The complex next to the house 't Huis aan de Poel consists of houses for sale and rent and is located on the Keizer Karelweg in Amstelveen. The residential complex consists of 58 rental properties consisting of 55 two- and three-bedroom houses.

Residential and care services
Just on the Grote Poel is the complex 't Huis aan de Poel. The complex consists of the residential care centre 't Huis aan de Poel which is located on the side of the Poplar avenue and the self-contained apartments on the side of the Keizer Karelweg. In the residential complex you can purchase a variety of services for a fee through care home 't Huis aan de Poel. For example, you can use meal delivery, the hair salon, pedicure at home and the shop in the care home. You can also take part in activities in the recreation room. On the basis of indication, outpatient care packages (through own contribution scheme) can be delivered. This also applies to an individual alarm device with a pass-through to the care home. In the house there is also a separate hobby room.  A resident consultant is employed in the residential complex.
