Ouderkerk on the Amstel river is a rustic and historic village, under the smoke of Amsterdam. The village centre consists of a rich cultural heritage area including historical churches and the Jewish burial site. In addition, there are cosy restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal and there are shops for your daily shopping. Ouderkerk is located in a natural area with beautiful recreation possibilities such as water entertainment at the Ouderkerkerplas, cycling through the polder of the Ronde Hoep or walking along the Amstel River.

Behind the modern town hall is the De Drieburg complex. Near the complex is a small park that has recently been completely refurbished and where you can take a lovely walk. Next to the complex is the coherent service centre where you can participate in activities such as race balls, clovercoats or billiards. A restaurant evening is also organised every week where you can enjoy a meal together with other local residents.

The Drieburg offers plenty of living comfort. The complex consists of 39 two- and 10 three-room houses spread over four floors and the floors are accessible by elevator. In addition, each house has a storage room on the ground floor. In the advance service fee you also pay a partial advance for the heating costs. This property has a renovated bathroom and kitchen.
