Theresia has a residents consultant and is the point of contact for all residents. He or she will tell you your new living environment and ensure that you can live comfortably and peacefully. Every week, the residents consultant holds an ongoing consultation where residents can indicate by means of a door hanger that they wish to speak to the resident consultant.
