Theresia has a resident consultant and is the point of contact for all residents. He or she will show you around your new living environment and ensure that you can live comfortably and quietly. Every week, the resident consultant holds a running consultation hour in which residents can indicate by means of a door hanger that they wish to speak to the residents' consultant.
