Theresia has a resident consultant and is the point of contact for all residents. He or she will guide you through your new living environment and ensure that you can live comfortably and peacefully. Every week, the resident consultant holds an ongoing consultation during which residents can indicate by means of a door hanger that they wish to speak to the resident consultant.
