Theresia has a resident consultant and is the point of contact for all residents. He or she will guide you in your new living environment and ensure that you can live pleasantly and quietly. Every week the resident consultant holds a walking consultation hour where residents can indicate by means of a door hanger that they want to speak to the resident consultant.
